and hopefully tone the muscles that have been forgotten. we all have our favorite instructor That inspires us to push and grab at water for increased speed and greater flexibility.
We also have our social time and some folks tend to exercise there jaws more then any other part of there body. But thats what makes the group such a wonderful time. we share aches and pains stories of family and friends and some times a little art is shared with those who have an open mind. But its fun and always a challenge to remember ever bodies name .
Some times we ask each other whats her name ever afraid that we might hurt one's feelings cause we can't remember each other and sometimes the folks come a few times and we won't sea them agin for months. The regulars joke with each other about were they might have gone but most of the time were just concerned about each other.some folks need to have encouragement and just a little pat on there back for trying to improve there quality of life. I am better known to be the water clown but I almost always get folks to smile even if its to say your an idiot.But we all have problems and need a shoulder to poke.
I think over the last 19 months of 3 times a week has helped my health and spirits improve that I am not depressed as much and physically know its helped . I hope anyone who may read this will join in the fun and brighten your life with some jiberish.
